I'm Edith, fourth generation of a family that's been making fine jewellery since 1930. I design custom engagement rings and wedding bands in my downtown Toronto studio: pieces made to be passed down, starting with yours.

First generation

My great-grandparents open the family workshop in Europe.

In my own words

Your ring deserves a maker who cares.

My family has made fine jewellery since the 1930s, first in Europe, then in Canada, supplying some of the country's most respected jewellers for over sixty years.

I opened my own studio in 2004 because I wanted to meet the people my rings were for. To hear the story first, then design the ring that tells it.

From your idea to the yes.

Bring me a photo, a drawing, an inherited stone, or just a feeling. Most rings are finished in six to ten weeks.

We talk

First visit · about an hour

A private appointment at the studio. I listen, sketch, and answer everything, including "where do I even start?"

I design

Weeks 2–3

Hand sketches into CAD renderings. You see it from every angle before anything is made.

I source your stone

Weeks 3–4

Diamonds and coloured gems from suppliers my family has trusted for decades. You approve each candidate.

I make it

Weeks 4–8

Wax, cast, set, polish, every step by hand in our family workshop.

The reveal, my favourite moment. Then it's yours, and the story begins.
