I'm Edith, the fourth generation of a family that has made fine jewellery since the 1930s. In my atelier on Victoria Street, I design and hand-finish engagement rings, wedding bands, and pieces made to be passed down. By appointment, one client at a time.

1930s

First generation

My great-grandparents establish the family workshop in Europe.

The workshop crosses the Atlantic and begins supplying jewellers across Canada.

In my own words

I grew up around the bench.

My family has been making fine jewellery since the 1930s, first in Europe, then in Canada from 1958, quietly designing and manufacturing for some of this country's most respected jewellers.

When I opened Victoria Fine Jewellery in 2004, I chose a small atelier over a storefront on purpose. This work is intimate. It deserves a quiet room, good light, and time.

The Process · With Edith

From a quiet conversation to the reveal.

Bring me a photograph, a drawing, an inherited stone, or just an idea. Most pieces are finished in six to ten weeks.

We talk

A private appointment in the atelier. I listen, sketch, and answer every question.

I design

Hand sketches into CAD renderings. We refine together until it's exactly right.

iii.

I source

Diamonds and coloured gems from suppliers my family has trusted for decades.

iv.

I make it

Wax, cast, set, finish, every step worked by hand in our family workshop.

The moment I wait for. You see your piece for the first time.
